— Why This Work?

Your Pain Is Not Wasted.

Suffering is part of the human experience. Some seasons of pain eventually pass, while others leave a lasting mark and reshape the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

Through my own journey and my counseling training, I've come to believe that God does not waste our pain. The wounds we carry are not simply something to hide or overcome — they can become places where healing, growth, and transformation begin.

— Getting Started

How we begin together.

The first step is the hardest but it's just three simple steps.

01

Book a free consult

A free, no-pressure call to talk through what's bringing you in and see if we're a good fit. If I'm not the right person for you, I'll help you find someone who is.

02

We meet

In person in Castle Rock or online across Colorado. Our first sessions are for getting to know each other and mapping out where you want to go.

03

We do the work

Week by week, we look honestly at what's keeping you stuck and move — one step at a time — toward the life you want on the other side.

The next chapter of your story starts with one small step.

— My Approach

The way you think
shapes so much of it.

So much of what we carry begins in how we think. The thoughts we never stop to examine can keep us bound to stories that feel true — but may not tell the whole story. Part of this work is bringing them into the light, and finding meaning in what you've walked through. But that isn't the whole of it. Some seasons don't ask for a strategy — they ask for a witness. There will be days you need a hand to show you the path, and days you just need a safe place to set your story down, and someone willing to sit with you in the dark and mourn — without pressing a manual on how to grieve into your hands. I offer both: the tools to challenge what keeps you stuck, and the presence to sit with what simply needs to be witnessed.

A Guide
on the Trail

I'm not here to tell you what your healing should look like. I'm here to walk alongside you as you find your footing. We move at your pace, toward what's actually true.

Start
Where You Are

You don't have to have the right words or have it together before you come. Say the thing you haven't said out loud yet. This is a safe place to start.

Faith Welcome,
Not Required

I'm a person of faith and I bring that into the room. Prayer, scripture, and spiritual reflection are available tools — but never required. You set the pace.
